Directions
From Chicago North Suburbs
Get on the Edens (I-94) southbound towards Chicago. Take the
exit for Wilson Ave. When you reach the end of the off-ramp,
take a left turn onto Cicero Ave. Proceed on Cicero approximately
4 blocks. Physicians Immediate Care will be on your left hand
side across from IHOP and Taco Bell.
From Downtown Chicago
Get on the Kennedy (I-94/I-90) westbound towards Milwaukee. Take
the exit for Montrose Ave. When you reach the end of the off-ramp,
take a left turn onto Montrose Avenue. At the next light, take
another left turn onto Cicero Avenue. Physicians Immediate
Care will be on your left hand side across from IHOP and Taco
Bell.
From Chicago O'Hare
Get on the Kennedy (I-94/I-90) eastbound towards Chicago. Take
the exit for Lawrence Avenue. When you reach the end of the
off-ramp, take a left turn onto Lawrence Avenue. Continue east
on Lawrence until you reach Cicero Ave. Take a right turn onto
Cicero Ave. Physicians Immediate Care will be on your left
hand side across from IHOP and Taco Bell.
From Lincoln Park
Get on the Kennedy (I-94/I-90) westbound towards Milwaukee. Take
the exit for Montrose Avenue. When you reach the end of the
off-ramp, take a left turn onto Montrose Ave. At the next light,
take another left turn onto Cicero Ave. Physicians Immediate
Care will be on your left hand side across from IHOP and Taco
Bell.
From Lakeview/Andersonville
From Andersonville, you can take any of the major westbound avenues,
such as Foster, Montrose, or Irving Park. If you choose Foster
or Montrose, take a left turn onto Cicero Avenue (5000 W).
If you take Irving Park, take a right turn. Physicians Immediate
Care is located directly across from IHOP and Taco Bell.

FROM EAST of CHICAGO
From anywhere along Irving Park Rd, take Bus Route #80 Westbound.
Get off on Cicero. You can either walk from the corner, or wait
for bus #54 Northbound.
From anywhere along Montrose Rd, take Bus Route
#78 Westbound.
Get off on Cicero. You can either walk from the corner, or wait
for bus #54 Southbound.
FROM WEST of CHICAGO
From anywhere along Irving Park Rd, take Bus Route #80 Eastbound.
