Most States across the country require that all students entering an early child-hood program, kinder garden, 6 or 9 grades, or if transferring from out-of-state have a physical examination.
Sports Physicals
Schools require that all athletes obtain a comprehensive Sports Physical every year to participate in a sport(s).
